The Chinese government imposes strict regulations on what images can and can't be displayed in overhead photos, making life difficult for services like Google Maps. The Chinese search engine Baidu Map, the equivalent of Google Maps, recently discovered that it could get around the government's restrictions with an awesome creative solution - recreating chinese cities in a pixelate style that looks like the computer game SimCity!
